Seo has nothing to do with loading speed. Your problem is with your hosting and not the theme.

It gives me 89 with Bender theme. Nothing wrong with bender or Osclass. IT IS YOUR HOSTING PLAN.

Try to enable gzip compression. thats what I did to increase the loading speed. I use gtmetrix and pingdom for analysing my site. can give those a try.
