[SOLVED]Showing customized fields on ALL search sidebars
« on: April 12, 2017, 09:31:26 pm »
Hello.
I am using OsclassWizards theme.
I have added two customized fields and allowed search with these added fields.

Whenever I click on one of the categories from top page, these fields show on the search sidebar.
however, whenever I do a location search from the top page, these customized fields do NOT show up on the search sidebar.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Custom fields are bound to specific categories. To set some "global" custom fields, see this post:

Hi Teseo.
Thank you for the information!
I checked the link and added the code in, but how do I get the "slug (Identifier name)" for the field that I added?

Thank you again for your help!

Edit your Custom field on Admin Dashboard, click on "Advanced Options", there's a field "Identifier name" (slug).
