Apparently the moderator(s) do not have the time to move the topics, so it is up to the users to RESPECT the rules.

Some basic rules.

Take this topic for example: "Topic" title "Try again", the Forum"General Help". Both totally wrong.

I do know that most users do not care, they only want to get their problem solved. But there are people here that scan daily the forums to answer and help. Without them, there would be NO help at all.
