Geo Locations Missed Countries How to Add It

I have noticed some countries and their cities missed under GEO locations...
For Example I can not find Scotland and Wales as country. It is also not entered under United Kingdom.
I tried to add as new country ( Example Country : Scotland  Region Edinburg ), but while I try place item it does not indicate / pull region / city. For this reason I am unable to place item under Scotland / Wales

Is there someone has Osclass sites targeting United Kingdom / Wales / Scotland? How do you manage those countries and cities?

how to add a new country into GEO location list?
