Calibrate the jquery highlight map for another map

How to calibrate on frontend the map higlight jquery?
For example, i have managed to create the regions and display the map; but i don't know how to calibrate the regions in the frontend map.

What do you mean by calibrating the regions? May you give a link or a screenshot to see the map?

It is italia_azzurro theme: https://market.osclass.org/themes/general/italia-azzurro-theme_459
The script is in map-italia.php.
What do i need to post?
