I want use a Website builder to create the look I like what do i need to do next

I have the look I want in css but now I need to figure out how to merge it with osclass code. what do I do next?

Hi mrdl,

Start from modern them, copy it and replace its name with something you like, then, start modify CSS and template files as you wish
