Modifying category styles
« on: September 29, 2017, 04:52:49 pm »
Hello, I would like to learn as much as possible and most importantly where to change the kind of categories: in particular the question is that I need to change the kind of categories (I have the kind of categories in the carousel style, that is, with the arrows on the sides and all 8 categories are displayed in a line, other categories to see them, you need to press the arrows, you can see on the attached screenshots) can you do something like that so that they are displayed in the center of the site in a column and not 8 and more?

Wel in fact Hunter777 also asked the developer.

And he got an answer there.

Quote
@Hunter
On #top-cat ul set width:100%!important; and hide arrows

But if he cannot edit a style.css is difficult to do.
Then first Hunter77y have to learn about css first.

Further i read a lot of questions about developers who doesnt want to help or simply dont answer the questions.

This doesnt help osclass a lot.

Yes, you are right, but this is a paid theme and without this theme we cannot help in most cases. And this isn't bug, this is custom development.

It is exactly about paid themes and plugins what i am talking about.

Only a few developers are willing to help with issues. Even with modifications.

But the most developers doesnt want to help with bugs. They simply dont answer to questions. And that is a bad thing.

You can see in the market howmany developers are there.
And how many of them do you see in the osclass forums?

you can count them on one hand, but we shouldn't hijack this topic for this discussion  :)
