Primer for OSClass Theme building -WANTED-

Hello,
I am working on a site www.barterjoes.com

I am in need of some help with theme modification. I am looking for something like a mind map for themes to see a visual of the structure?
I am also looking for someone who would be willing to build a few modules and change up the theme for a barter of ads on my site and some cash.
