why the latest ads not appear on the frontpage

Hi all..

I've installed osclass 3.0 theme but every time I plug the latest ads do not appear on the frontpage, why .. please help me

It looks like custom theme. If you are author, you should now if latest ads were implemented.
You can check in oc-content/themes/theme_name/main.php if there is block for latest listings.
If not, you can copy this from modern or bender theme  ;)
