"Sort by:" not working in Bender - How to fix?

Hi, one of the bugs I'm facing for a long time now is the fact the the "sort by:" option in Bender 3.0.1 doesn't produce any result... When I click sort by: price high to low ou vice-versa for example in the search results the screen seems to reload but nothing occurs...
I've seen this problem adressed in several posts, tried some solutions, but cannot fix it!
Am I the "only one" facing this problem or is it effectively a bug in Bender 3.0.1?
Can someone pin point a post with the correct solution or indicate how to fix this issue?

I am using the latest on both, 3.14 for theme and 3.61 for osclass
I dont have this problem

I'm using osclass 3.5.9 and bender 3.0.1 (a bit transformed i might say). You can check the problem following this link http:// tab ua usa da . com / kitesurf (just remove spaces please...) when you hit sort by nothing happens... Any clue?

I'm sure it is theme related, the sort has + between the words, start by looking at the files that were modified (bender I see), perhaps a 'sidebar file?
