3 column footer

Is there any way I can create 3 column footer in Osclass?
I would like to put custom pages in one column, social links in another and additional links in the last column, but I need 2 last columns to hide on small devices. (I wanted to use bootstrap classes, but I don't know how to include them).

getbootstrap.com has an amazing knowledge base on how to do this. you would include the new css in your css file, and on the page you would just use normal coding.
