Adding region and city drop down menus in the header search of bender theme

Hi all,

I am using bender them with a little design modifications. The search in header section has a category filter that is a good feature. Thanks to developers. Is there any way to add two more filters one for region and another for city. For example if someone selects a region from the region drop down menu, he should be able to select the cities related to that particular region in the city drop down menu. A screen shot is attached.
