country, region and city field not saving in account section

I am using the bender theme and used a guide to help change the region and city fields from autocomplete to dropdown sellect boxes. The problem i am having is that when you select country, region or city in you accounts section after registering the information is not saved. For some reason the street is. So basically when posting an ad you have to select them all again each time.

Any help would be appreciated
