Couple of categories had gone astray!

Hi

I was simply rearranging the categories in the 'category edit' mode  and suddenly managed to move couple of them out of that page but they still show up 'phpMyAdmin', definitely they are not deleted.

How can I get them back on that page again. Following are are the ones, I need them back, please.

Cat ID 60 and s_name Repair
Cat ID 61 and s_name Building Contractors
