(solved) Help! a category gone missing!!!!

Hi

Was working on Settings -> Categories on the admin panel and suddenly one of the categories slipped off and doesn’t show up on the admin category panel or on the category list on the main page but I could see it on the ‘phpMyAdmin’.  Can someone tell me how to get it back on the list?
