[SOLVED] How to I edit text field title and save the changes I made live?

I am trying to make minor text field title edits to my blender template. screenshot attached. Also what is the best web tool to work with osclass? I need to view the php code for the different pages so I can make minor edits and then save them so they're viewable live? Firebug doesn't allow or have saving functionality.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

you need a testing server, local or live. required, php, mysql, zend

you can edit with a text editor, there are some really great ones out there, so I've been told.
