Problem with a new mandatory field at publishing your ad for free

In Seller's Information I need a mandatory field where you can add your phoneme number that is above the email field.
Later in the ad in Kontackt information it should show up.

Where do I have to change something I think now ever for any help.

and I can not do that in the admin area because it has the bottle position under the mail.

I have already managed that There is a field but it refers to the user information but currently there is no login therefore I can only imagine that this does not work.
