PUBLISH a New Listing Form not showing (exp : domainname.com/item/new)

When I try and install osclass 3.3.2 (bender themes) on localhost, everythings looked run normally, but when I upload all script n set the hosting, I found the Publish a new listing menu (exp : domainname.com/item/new) not showing/appear the add listing form like this capture. Others menu is run normally except this.

I try found on forum and googling but doesnt get the solution. please Help Me.. :(
