ReCAPTCHA graphic is distorted in Osclass 3.2.1, Bender theme, contact page

Hi guys, this is my first post.
I just downloaded Osclass (version 3.2.1) and installed it on my PC, which is running WAMP Server.
I am using the default theme, Bender.
I am using Google Chrome as my browser.

I noticed the ReCAPTCHA on the Contact page appears all screwy... I attached a screenshot.  What do you guys usually do about this, when you find an issue in Osclass? Report it to the core development team? To the theme developers (I don't know who they are)? I don't really know my way around the community yet.

I did a forum search for "ReCAPTCHA" but I got 0 matches... which surprised me, so maybe I made a mistake when searching.

Sorry, I mean girls and guys. When I said "guys," I meant it in a generic sense... like y'all.

Here's a screenshot of a ReCAPTCHA elsewhere on the site. This is the bottom of the "Send to a friend" form (on the page I get to when I click "Share" button on the "Single Ad Listing" page.

Here's a more complete report.
This is using Firefox 24 in Windows 7.
This attachment has 3 screenshots. They show the reCAPTCHA in the contact form; on the Single Ad Listing page; and on the reCAPTCHA setup page in the admin area.

The one on the Single Ad Listing page doesn't have the stuttering red area the other two have.

Looks like someone provided a workaround for this issue, in the following thread:

I don't know why it didn't show up in the search results for me. I search for "recaptcha" (no quotes) before I started this thread. I only used the little search bar at the top right (i.e. not the Google custom search bar on the left). I don't know what the difference between them is.

Anyway, I will try their workaround next time I have time to work on this. Goodnight!

 When entering a new ad, everything works well.
 But when editing an ad, reCaptcha overlaps with terms of conditions?

Why activate captcha torture for logged users ? Don't.

I would not even want him for logged-in users.
But I do not know how to remove it to stay with new users.
Thus, reCaptcha set itself.
