Remove footer link of theme bender 3.1.5 van Osclass

Remove footer link of theme bender 3.1.5 van Osclass homepage.

I whas looking in the footer.php and in main.php but i cant find it there, some sugestions where i can find it, in the admin i can set it of but it wont be remove from homepage.

I hope you can help.
