I desperately trying to find a solution for a terrible problem. In Parameters/emails models/ if I modify the emails contents, the tags like {WEB_TITLE}, {ITEM_URL}, ... They are not transcribed. In the mail, it's written {WEB_TITLE}, {ITEM_URL}, - why?
If I want add a HTML content in the e-mail model, it's the same thing. In french language, when I can't import .sql, because punctuation apostrophe (like L'Utilisateur) and I got two times the identical ID. If I modify the SQL query, I got the same problem, In the mail, it's written {WEB_TITLE}, {ITEM_URL}, - why?
With english language it's allright but if I want modify the e-mail content in backend, I got the samme : it's written {WEB_TITLE}, {ITEM_URL},
