The problem is that I want to work categories in Cyrillic, but when you create a category, it is good only on the home page / index

I have a problem as IPCop posted above,
My settings:
MySQL DB Scheme collation "utf8-default collation"
IIS HTTP Header: Content-type [text/html; charset=utf-8]

Changing MySQL DB Scheme collation to "cp1251 default collation" as recomended member Zombie - no effective.

What a problem could be ?
