Create ad with item selected from a external table (title selected from a query)

Hello,
first sorry for my bad english.

Then,
i need to select the item insert in ads from external table (if i can select an external database is better).

The "s_title" in "t_item_comment" needs to pick from a form that interrogates my custom table. ("Title" values of ad)
