pre fil the location info for existing user

Hello guys,

it could be great if we can autofill the location information for an existing user when adding an ads.

It will be more easyer & faster to fill the form for shops & returning users.

Best idea ever. I really don't know how we didn't think of it before.

It's in the 1.2 delta version, but it still have some minor bugs.
