Hey guys i have an api in which i will have title description and image what i want now is to publish ad using the data from api looking for help if any one could atleast guide me thanks in advance

you'd better write a small script including/using Osclass helpers as per https://doc.osclass.org/HItems.php

Posting an ad is handled by oc-includes/osclass/ItemActions.php (sanitizing, checking,...)
