[Solved] Given URL is not allowed...

This is the message I recieve after placing a login in header.php and pressing it:

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

I have created app and input the ID and secret code in the config. Any ideas?

Edit: I removed NAMESPACE in app settings and then opened site in firefox. Now I just get a blank white page

Edit2: Actually I was putting in info in the APP DOMAINS and always got a weird error. I read about this error and the answer was then to do this: Go to advanced tab, Valid OAuth redirect URIs and enter your www.address
