when we send reply to users , he will see the web_title ( for now its osclass) on his email.
any Idea where to change the web_title?

You can change the web title at
http://www.yuorsite.com/oc-admin -> General settings - General settings - Page title.

Or you can delete {WEB_TITLE} and type whatever you like it to say.
That you can do here =
Email & Alerts -> Manage email & alerts -> Klick edit on the email you what to change.
