It's not only that page. All your 'search' pages as well as your frontpage, are. In facts, you are missing
<meta http-equiv="Content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>
in your site's header, thus web browsers don't interpret utf-8 format.
This happens when your users are using diacritics.
It sounds like you messed up your head sections in head.php / search.php and alike. Just check them out.
