Cant add cities and cant post item since there are no cities

Trying to post a test item on OSClass and it says city is a required field but when I login to the admin to manage the cities, it doest allow me to add any cities.

I choose US > Massachusetts, and then click "Edit" but nothing happens. Page just reloads with no new options. The Add City box on the right just says "Diable for now"

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

- Well, it seems like a bug. You should be able to add an item if there's no city to choose. We will look into that.
- You have to click edit button after you modify/change the country/region word.
- In the next few days will work "Add a city" and will improve the whole location option.
