(solved)Facing a issue in oc-admin, settings unable to save

what ever i am trying to save in admin pannel its not saving, before this i have not done any changes in script or database, please help me to resolve the issue.. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Any one know? why i am facing this issue? this is causing because of hosting?
