 I want to put my site on a list of multiple countries. When a visitor clicks on a country from the list, it is redirected to a subdomain.

Your site isn't a Osclass site and therefore no one here could help you, I guess!

I could think of doing the following:

1.   Install Osclass individually on subdomains and no Osclass on https://www.rashbo.com
2.   Create an initial landing page at www.rashbo.com/index.php
3.   Put the links to your subdomains on this index.php
4.   When a visitor accesses https://www.rashbo.com he will be presented with this page and he could go to the country he chooses.
