help with advert banners.

hello, i made my own div banner for adverts but i am not very good at coding and was wondering whether any one could help me. i wanted the div banner to open in a children window rather than a adults window when they click it. Can somebody see whether they know any coding for this so that it opens in children windows.  http://www.classifiedbangla.com/    :)
