How do I edit these messages/alerts
« on: October 04, 2018, 11:54:04 pm »
I don't know the correct term for the text in question. However, it is the type of text like the text that appears above the log-in text areas, when an unregistered user attempts to post an ad on a site that requires user registration prior to posting ads. The current message says, "Only registered users are allowed to post listings."

Several of these types of messages have typos that I would like to correct, but I don't know where to locate them. If I can find where this message is located, I think I can find the rest of them, including the ones with typos.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

You can start by selecting a better name than "1234567".

On root: oc-content\languages\en_US

Open messages.po file with poedit program, and "translate/correct" the bad typos you found.

I think will works to solve your problem without any changes on core files. Anyway, on new osclass versions, replace only ever messages.po file changed of previous osclass version.
