Https not coming on home page and also favicon not displayed.

Hi all,

Https not coming on home page even after i made changes in config file..its comes on other pages and also if i click on logo then it opens home page with https ...you all can see that if you type my website name from your mobile (footwearwholesale.in).it will open http page and then all other pages will be https....and also facebook if you type -footwearwholesale.in/favicon.ico...then ico will be displayed ..but while browsing the website it wont show..its been more then a week i uploaded ico.
