I forgot my password to access https://market.osclass.org/. Need help please...

I forgot my password to access https://market.osclass.org/. I try to use the " Recover your password ". It says afterward " We have sent you an email with the instructions to reset your password " but nothing is ever sent to my inbox. I have checked also the junk folder and nothing.

Is there anything else I can do to reset my password or what do I do?  :'(
