i have an error on a plugin i just bought

hi there, i would like some help fixing this error if it can be fixed.

I just bought the 'ultimate payments' plugin and i get this when i install it.

Fatal error: Call to a member function numRows() on boolean in /home/u709562612/public_html/buy/sell/oc-content/plugins/ultimatePayments/ModelUpayments.php on line 2992





Thank you, if it can't be fixed could i request a refund and a surgestion as to what would be the best payment plugin for me .. Version

Please do not post in the general help forum about a PAID plugin.

Plaid Plugin support is provided in Osclass Market BY the Developer. That is why he is paid for.

ok thank you, any help with this please ? or do i have to post it somewhere else ? i'm wanting to buy a lot more plugins but i need this fixing 1st.

We can't help because those are PAID plugins and we don't have them in our possession.

As Aficionado explained to you (or at least tried), premium plugins give you access to every product developer's direct support.

Go to your Osclass Market Dashboard > My Purchases and there you should see a link/button "Report issue" for each product you have to open a support ticket / ask developer for help.

Before Osclass Market website redesign each product page had this button for users, I'm not sure why it went away, it's apparently troublesome for some to find and open a support ticket this way.

It is not the fault of users. Those kind of problems happen because there are no CLEAR RULES and INFORMATION in the forums and some basic moderation.

Same for the Osclass Market support (support via commenting in 2018 !!!!).

Not sure what do you mean by this, developers have various ways to help their clients, it all depends on many factors, but client decides which one is the most appropriate. Official ticket system is only mostly there so that there is at least some written record of issues for the Osclass Team.

I mean exactly what i wrote. I do know that other support is available in some cases, outside market. Of cource.

Still the Market "ticketing" is extremely primitive. That is what i wrote.
