As Aficionado explained to you (or at least tried), premium plugins give you access to every product developer's direct support.
Go to your Osclass Market Dashboard > My Purchases and there you should see a link/button "Report issue" for each product you have to open a support ticket / ask developer for help.

Before Osclass Market website redesign each product page had this button for users, I'm not sure why it went away, it's apparently troublesome for some to find and open a support ticket this way.
