I have osclass plus plan and after changing the domain i cannot login to osclass

hi i recently bought osclass prehosted service plus plan for classified website i changed the domain name using cname and everything works fine .But next morning when i check i was not able to access the site and even i was not able to login in to osclass website login or cpanel i have no idea
the only error i recieved is  that serves ip adress could not be found . please help me
