hi, am using osclass 2.3.1 modern theme.

on the user acount manager i`d like the thumbnail images to be displayed

can someone please help me with the code!

i'd be much appreciated if you would specify the path!! to the files,
so i can locate with ease and  paste in the code!

Hi,

I like the idea of showing the current picture relating to an ad in the user area. So i have written the code to achieve this. So now it is time to share.

Please appreciate that i am not a professional programmer, just somebody with a fair knowledge of making a website work mostly through trial and error. I don't know if this the best way to achieve this or even the right way, but it works for me. I have applied this to the Dashboard & Manage your items page, also i have applied this to the Item payment status for those using Paypal. I have included 3 screenies of the aforementioned pages.

This has been written using the 'Modern' theme, so i couldn't say if it will work properly for any other theme. I have tested it using IE, FF & chrome and it displays the same on each.

Please find the code in the text file named 'code', all the file paths are indicated and what to look for and obviously the new code to add.

Hopefully this is useful to somebody, if not only the original poster.

Thank you for the information. I was thinking of giving this up but your help has encouraged me to carry on going live. OSClass do not seem to have functionality and looks quite dated. It will be a waste of money and time to go up against sites such as Gumtree without having having a unique, perhaps more updated site.

I am also looking to upload videos without using youtube and other third party body frames.

Abdul,

The great thing about OSClass is the ability to make it look and function anyway you want. If you know HTML, CSS, PHP and some more, you wont have a problem making it the way you want it. OSClass is constantly evolving and improving, with many members contributing to improved and new features on a daily basis. The bottom line is: if you can think it up, you can make it happen with OSClass.

I can't reproduce your problem, but i think it has something to do with your <div> or </div> on that page being in the wrong place or to many/not enough.

Is the dashboard screen showing the same problem? If not i would compare the two pages as the code is basically the same.
