Multiple Classified sites In a single server

Hi All,
I am new to this forum . I have gone thorough the OSClass code . I need to develop a classifieds sites. In a single server . i don't want to add the different code bases . I need to achieve this with the single code base.

I have seen the code I found In config.php there is aconstnat defined MULTISITE => 0 . What is the use of this constant and how to achieve this.

Please let me know if you need any other clarifications required .
