New Download and cannot log in?

I have just downloaded "OSClass.1.1.alpha.zip" and installed it but I cannot login in the admin control panel, it states "Wrong username and password"

I have also tried to set us new users but so far, no email confirmations have come through.

Am I missing something?

with regard to your admin login are you using the one given to you at the end of the install ...with regard to signing up a User i am having the same problem i.e no email verification gets sent dunno but i think its to do with the mail setver setting in genneral admin ...

Maybe you're not trying to acces to admin panel in the right place. The url is www.example.com/oc-admin/ Is this your problem?

So, should I remove the complete setup and install either beta or SVN?

That seems to be something wrong with your installation. I recommend to delete and start from beginning with version 1.1beta
