send mail direct to seller not publisher

Hi all,

I recently download a osclass vers. 3.0.1 and I installed on our server but after create a listing, i want to send a mail direct seller not publisher, with right side form which are attach with this topic. because when i send a message with this form admin received mail but user not received.
I hope you getting my point. Plz help me.

By default, osclass sends two copies, one to the admin and one to the contact email. But you can change that in the oc-admin panel. I am not sure why the contact email would not receive it. Maybe you have a spam filter on?

but i am not change any setting but the thing is only gmail user received a mail, yahoo and other mail provider not recieved mail. plz help.....

well if gmail received it then I am imagining spam filters are the culprit. Check your spam folders in your email boxes for the messages. There's no reason I can think of otherwise that the message wouldn't be sent....
