Showing city text box next to search button

Hi,

I have a website in Osclass and its just a text box and search button in mobile browser.

I want to show additional paramenters to search without changing the original search functionality..


For example if a user searches in my website ..it will show search results but on the top of the results it should ask user that "this is overall search result, do you want to search only in your city?" And below that it should show the parametres which is in search sidebar.php (search text box, city text box and search button)..you will get all this in show filters box in search result in mobile browser..

So any one knows how to do this ?

I think basically its copying things from sidebar.php (below search filter box )and pasting it at the top of search.php.
