Hi abbas
Go to themes - css open it with note++ search for word ( float ) change it from left to right
search for text-align change the same you do with float
mote : change left - right and right - left ( when you see left change it to right and when you see right change to left )
Colors and other variables  also you find it there .
important note :
change step by step make save and view the site because maybe no need to change all the words .
To translate the languages  of the site and the admin  go to osclass wiki and you will see the way
