Welcome to the general help board. I suggest you to write a good subject, ie:
[Bug] [New feature] [Suggestion] [Help] + title
In addition, I suggest to give all the details you can (especially if it's a bug): osclass version, apache or IIS, php version, mysql version, browser... Depend the bug or help you need, some of them won't be necessary.
