[SOLVED] Seller notification when a comment is made

Hi there,

I am testing the new functionality but it doesn't seem to work despite several tests I already made. I receive an email as admin but I don't receive any email as the ad owner. I created also a template for it and Admin menu. Does this work fine for others?

Hi akapar,

You should not create a template for it, unless your language is not english. Did you place the correct internal_name ?

I am using an Arabic template for it. Internal name is still the same: email_new_comment_user

Title of template: يوجد تعليق جديد على الإعلان بمعرف رقم {ITEM_ID}

Template content:

يوجد تعليق جديد على الإعلان بمعرف رقم {ITEM_ID}

محدد موقع المعلومات: {ITEM_URL}

Is the option enabled on the admin panel ?

Yes this was the issue. I didn't notice that this was added to Admin panel.
