2.4 No Items or Users..

So, i have updated to 2.4 & an issue i have come across is when i select  'manage items'  or  'manage users' there is nothing there see screenshot..

I had this same issue and it was the result of the OSclass PM plugin not sure if you have that plugin installed or not. He wrote saying he would have an update to it.
