Admin panel issue after updating from 2.3.7 to 2.4.1

Hi,
I just updated from ver. 1.3.7. to 1.4.1.
> all user are working filne like login etc.
> all items are showing with pics as well.
but when I logged in admin panel > dashboard or any menu its showed a message:
"You have uploaded a new version of OSClass, you need to upgrade OSClass for a correct functioning.
Upgrade now"

When i clicked on upgrade, it started to show a progress wheel with message "Upgrading your OSClass installation (this could take a while)"and i just wait . wait ... n waited... it is not going beyong that.

I cant access any menu in admin panel... please help to get out of this situation.
I am attaching screenshots of the before clicking upgrade link and after clicking it.

when i was upgrading it take a while( more than 3 hours)  and my site and every thing is working fine. I think you have to wait untill complete update. sorry for bad english

as you said, i waited about 7 hours but nothing happened.............

This all about we are talking is happening after manual up-gradation...

I am also experiencing the same. I am trying to upgrade from 2.4 to 2.4.1 and all I get is wait...wait..wait. I did a manual upgrade. User area is fine. Would someone please shade some light?
