Admin panel problem, links not working

Links in admin panel are all the same 
I have installed osclass from cpanel using Softaculous.

Which browser are you using? Can you clean the cookies and cache?

Yes, and I will try today with manual installation

any luck? i have the same problem but when i copy the files and db onto my local wamp server, it works.

It seems to be a misconfiguration with the server and thus if u guys can pinpoint which it could be, then i can tell the hosts..
