Hi, again i got the same error, but this time i can't fix it, there's no config.php file, if i creat one it gives me database error and can't acess again, now its acessing good, but i can't log in admin panel, i've just delete all and re-install without any error, but after that i still can't log in admin panel. there's no .htaccess file too. If someone know how to fix this. Thanks for now.
