Apache Module mod_ssl is not loaded

i've just upgrade my site to 3.0.1 but send email is not operationnel. when i configure the server mail i get the message "Apache Module mod_ssl is not loaded".
plz what is the problem.

OSClass 3.0.1  -  I have the same problem. New installation.

Mail Settings  :
Apache Module mod_ssl is not loaded

Can you send emails before upgrade?

At Mail settings section what server type did you select?

Hi,

If you want to use gmail as mail server, you need the apache module mod_ssl and openssl PHP extension (check php.ini).

You need to install the prerequisites before configure gmail account.
